Here is an inexpensive system to allow you to listen to The First Amendment Radio Network from Satellite. This signal can be received for free by using the equipment shown below and aiming the dish at a satellite named Intelesat Americas 5 (Formerly Telstar 5) located at 97 degrees. This system includes the Traxis DBS2500 Satellite Receiver, Ku-Band LNBF and a 76CM Satellite Dish.

The receiver is pre-programmed for the First Amendment Radio Network, so all you have to do is aim in the dish and hook up to the receiver and go to Channel 1 in the Radio list.

You will need a clear view to the satellite which is located to the south, without any obstructions between the dish and the satellite. The signal comes in at an approx. 45 degree angle, depending on where you are located in the country.
